What to write about
- App support — something broken, something confusing, or a feature you keep wishing existed. Tell us your iOS version and what you were doing when it went wrong.
- A correction — if a post on this blog is wrong or out of date, we want to know. Point us at the sentence. We correct it and update the post's revision date rather than quietly editing it away.
- Privacy requests — the app holds essentially nothing about you, which the privacy policy explains, but if you have a GDPR question we will answer it.
- Press and partnerships — happy to talk.

We are not able to give legal advice about your specific warranty dispute. Consumer rights differ by country, and the difference matters far too much for us to guess at yours. The posts on this site link to the relevant regulator or statute at the foot of each article — start there, and contact your national consumer authority for anything binding.
